Website Launch: Mid Dakota Rural Water System

Mid-Dakota Rural Water System came to us for a site upgrade to a responsive website that would be easy to update. The site they were working with was outdated and the user experience was not what they wanted for their customers.
Elements of the design were inspired by their brand identity, their geographic area, and their mission. We created clean and modern buttons that lead visitors to specific pages to pay their bill, check water usage, and report issues.
The Mid-Dakota Rural Water Systems website is now responsive to all devices: desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices. It includes contact forms created with 360WebCMS and links to their customer portals. It also contains helpful resources for customers. Take a look through their site to find out more.
The goal is to focus on the site user and decreasing the amount of time a user needs to click to find what they are looking for. The new MDRWS home page offers all the information on one page. We worked with the company's leadership to create and set up a Facebook and Twitter page that they are using to maintain communications with customers and business partners.
Mid-Dakota had been looking for quite some time to update our website and have a larger footprint on the Internet and on Social Media. We made the rounds, talked to some of the “big boys” in the industry, but the level of involvement required from us (writing our own copy, providing professional grade graphics, and deep involvement in the site architecture) was overwhelming a little unnerving and to top it off the price would be well beyond what Mid-Dakota had budgeted. I happened to be in Pierre one day and saw the Factor 360 sign outside their business. I decided then, on a whim, to contact them and see if they could provide what Mid-Dakota was looking for. Turns out that Factor 360 was exactly what we were looking for; they understood our business as a utility and walked us through the site architecture, designed and setup our facebook and twitter accounts and helped us get going. The price for everything was about a third of what the so called industry leaders wanted and I believe we ended up with a better product than we’d have gotten otherwise. We could not be happier with the service and the professionalism provided us by Factor 360.
